Refund & Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at keepeverythingloyal@gmail.com. If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions. 

Damaged or Wrong Item?
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishables, custom products, personal care items, or hazardous materials.

Exchanges
Need something else? Return your item first, then place a new order after approval.

Refunds
You’ll be notified once your return is inspected. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been over 15 business days, contact us at keepeverythingloyal@gmail.com.
