Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Note: Processing times are separate from shipping times shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their region.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

KeepEverythingLoyal.com is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Once processed, we cannot make changes. If you need to update it ASAP, contact us right away — we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped.
